What You'll Do
• Manage enterprise client relationships and account health
• Drive customer outcomes through campaign optimization and performance analysis
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
• Analyze campaign data and call insights to improve AI voice agent performance
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience What We're Looking For:
• 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities
