The Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program (ABGLP) has a vision to build versatile next generation leaders. The culmination of diverse experiences allows participants to deliver value to the businesses of the Aditya Birla Group, customers, shareholders, and society at large. There are 3 routes through which one can experience the ABGLP journey: (1) Campus Competition (HeadstaRt and Stratos) and (2) Group Internship Program (GIP) (3) Final Hiring. The Finalists of the Campus Competition are offered a Pre-placement Interview for our Group Internship Program. The Aditya Birla Leadership Program Leadership Associate Program (LEAP) The LEAP Program is for individuals who have majored in Business Management (full time), with 0-3 years pre-MBA work experience. The program consists of a structured 12-month training period*. This training period is made up of 3 stints of 4 months each across Aditya Birla Group businesses. The intent in year 1 is to provide a holistic experience across the functions and businesses of the Group. Upon the completion of the first 12 months, participants undergo a confirmation process. Participants who are confirmed undergo a mandatory 2-year role with a focus on Frontline business roles (Revenue generation roles) like Sales (Retail & Wholesale) & Operations (Retail & Manufacturing Ops) & Supply Chain Management, encouraging them to hone core skills. Upon completion of their first business role, usually of 2 years, participants have the option to explore other internal business roles including Strategy, Planning, etc.



Who can Apply for ABGLP? Students who have majored in Business Management (2-year full-time MBA flagship program), from select Business schools, with 0
