Role Description This full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role is based in Gurugram. The Social Media Executive will manage and grow client social media channels, including planning and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner. The role involves creating and adapting copy and visual briefs for different platforms, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and supporting paid and organic social media campaigns. The team member will analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging.



The position also requires staying up to date with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve campaign outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with hands-on experience managing brand pages across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills, including basic understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budgeting.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.
• Candidates should possess analytical abilities, including familiarity with social media analytics tools and comfort interpreting performance data.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or handling multiple brands, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace are preferred.
