* Fitleasure | Consultant / Retainer Basis At Fitleasure, a global activewear and athleisure brand, we’re looking for an experienced Clothing Technologist with strong expertise in garment construction, sizing, fit and technical product development specifically for performance activewear. Key
Requirements:
✅ Sizing & Fit: Extensive experience in size specifications, measurement charts, grading, fit correction and achieving consistent fits across sizes. ✅ Garment Construction: Deep understanding of pattern making, stitching techniques, seam construction and technical challenges in stretch activewear. ✅ Fabric Expertise: Solid knowledge of knitted performance fabrics, particularly Lycra/Spandex blends, and how fabric stretch,
recovery and compression impact garment fit. ✅ Product Development: Hands-on experience with leggings, sports bras, gym wear and other performance apparel, including sampling, fit trials and production troubleshooting. Ideal Candidate: Someone with proven, hands-on technical experience in the activewear/sportswear industry, particularly in fit engineering and garment construction. ?
