Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Accountant on behalf of our reputed client in the manufacturing industry, based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, and raw material consumption.
• Handle manufacturing cost accounting and cost analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, stores, and other departments.
• Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.




• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Skills & Qualifications

Com / M.
Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in inventory and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounting operations. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing companies are preferred.
• Practical exposure to inventory management and cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial and statutory compliance.
