The head office is based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, serving clients across diverse sectors. Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a BFSI and NBFC Trainer located in Jobner. The Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on banking, financial services, and non-banking financial company operations, products, compliance, and customer service. Daily responsibilities include preparing training content and modules, conducting classroom and practical training sessions, assessing participant performance, and providing feedback to improve skills and job readiness. The role involves collaborating with corporate partners and internal stakeholders to customize training as per BFSI and NBFC industry standards, maintaining training documentation, and ensuring consistent quality and updated curriculum.



The Trainer will also contribute to learning frameworks, support evaluation and reporting, and participate in continuous improvement of training methodologies. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of BFSI and NBFC domains, including banking operations, lending products, regulatory compliance, risk management, and customer service processes.
• Experience in corporate training or classroom facilitation, with skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivery of interactive training sessions.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments, develop structured lesson plans, and use a variety of training techniques and tools to engage diverse learner groups.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, practical language.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms, such as MS Office, presentation tools, and online assessment or LMS systems.
• Prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, or financial services roles (operations, sales, collections, or compliance) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in banking or financial services are an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training batches and schedules on-site.
