Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Vadodara. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in promoting training, certification, and consulting services, including Six Sigma and Business Excellence programs. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and coordinating meetings and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves assisting in organizing events and competitions,



supporting marketing campaigns, and collaborating with consultants and internal teams to ensure timely communication and a smooth customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and provide responsive support to clients.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle inquiries, prepare basic documentation, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and understanding of service offerings.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, maintain records, and track client interactions accurately.
• Relevant experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in training, consulting, or professional services, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic data entry practices is advantageous.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a performance-focused environment.
