We’re looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Manager who can take an idea, turn it into a sharp piece of content, build a campaign around it—and think about how it ultimately contributes to business. You’ll have a lot of room to experiment. And a lot of responsibility to make those experiments count. What you’ll own Content
• Own the content engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs and other relevant channels.
• Turn business insights, industry developments, client conversations and emerging trends into content people actually want to read.
• Write sharp LinkedIn posts, opinion pieces, blogs, campaign narratives and marketing assets.
• Develop thought leadership for the leadership team and the Hire4Higher brand.
• Build content calendars—but don't become a slave to them. If something interesting happens today, we want to talk about it today. Marketing
• Come up with marketing initiatives that can generate attention, conversations and ultimately business.
• Conceptualise campaigns instead of simply executing briefs.
• Spot opportunities around trends, events, news, AI, technology and business conversations.
• Experiment with current channels, formats and ideas to grow reach and generate leads.
• Work with designers, video creators and external partners to turn ideas into campaigns. Growth
• Think beyond likes and impressions.
• Understand which content creates awareness, which creates conversations and which can create opportunities.
• Track what is working, figure out why, and double down.
• Help build marketing systems that can consistently contribute to the sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the founders/business team to identify opportunities where marketing can accelerate growth.



What we'd like you to bring
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media, brand marketing or growth marketing.
• Excellent writing skills. Really good writing skills. You should know the difference between filling a LinkedIn post and making someone stop scrolling.
• A robust understanding of LinkedIn and how B2B brands can use it beyond corporate announcements.
• The ability to turn complicated business/technology ideas into simple, interesting narratives.
• Curiosity about AI, technology, startups, business, marketing and what makes companies grow.
• Strong research skills and the instinct to find the interesting angle in a seemingly ordinary story.
• Comfort with analytics and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership and move quickly from “we should do this” → “it's live.” You might be a great fit if... You see a brand campaign and immediately think: “Why did they do it this way?” You read a business news story and think: “There’s a LinkedIn post in this.” You see a competitor doing something interesting and think: “How could we do this differently?” And when someone says “we need more leads,” your first response isn't: “Let's post more.” It's: “What's the problem we're trying to solve?” What this role is NOT This isn't a role where your job is to:
• Schedule posts all day.
• Copy whatever is trending.
• Chase vanity metrics.
• Wait for someone to hand you a content brief.
• Produce content for the sake of having something to post. We want someone who can create the brief, not just execute it.
