The role primarily involves connecting with existing insurance advisors/agents, building relationships, and encouraging them to restart and grow their insurance business activities. ? Job Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Connect with existing insurance advisors/agents through outbound calls. 2. Explain the benefits and process of reactivating their agent codes. 3. Follow up with agents to facilitate successful code reactivation. 4. Motivate and encourage agents to restart their insurance business activities. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents. 6. Address agent queries and provide necessary support throughout the reactivation process. 7. Maintain daily calling reports, follow-up records and reactivation data. 8. Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets. 9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely code activation. 10. Track reactivated agents and support their business growth. ? Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
* Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Ability to build relationships and engage with people.
