Key Responsibilities
Test Management & Leadership
• Define and own the overall testing strategy and approach for Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Prepare Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), and Test Closure Reports.
• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing activities.
• Manage testing timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors. Functional Testing
• Analyze Business Requirements, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Validate standard and customized Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
• Test core CRM modules including:
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Field Service
• Customer Insights (if applicable)
• Verify Business Process Flows, Workflows, Power Automate Flows, Plugins, Business Rules, and Security Roles. Integration Testing
• Validate integrations between Dynamics 365 and:
• ERP systems (SAP, D365 F&O;, SFA, etc.)
• Power Platform
• Azure Integration Services
• SharePoint
• Third-party applications
• Ensure data consistency across integrated applications. Data Validation




• Verify data migration and data synchronization activities.
• Validate master data, transactional data, and historical data migration.
• Perform reconciliation and data quality checks. Defect Management
• Log, triage, prioritize, and track defects through closure.
• Conduct defect review meetings with development and business teams.
• Ensure adherence to defect lifecycle and SLA compliance. UAT Support
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions.
• Support business users during testing cycles.
• Track UAT sign-offs and closure of critical issues. Quality Governance
• Monitor testing KPIs and quality metrics.
• Publish daily and weekly testing status reports.
• Provide go-live readiness recommendations.
• Support Hypercare and Production Validation activities. Experience Required
• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM functional testing experience.
• Experience leading testing teams in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience on JIRA/ADO should be mandatory Office 365 (Security Enhancement)
