We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Operations Associate – Business Development to join our team. This role offers an chance to contribute to healthcare crowdfunding by helping patients and their families raise funds for medical treatments.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective customers and convert warm leads into active fundraisers.
• Explain the crowdfunding platform, fees, and verification process.
• Assist families with campaign onboarding and document submission.
• Handle customer queries and objections with empathy.
• Achieve calling, talk-time, and campaign creation targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.

Requirements:




• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Solid communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and target-oriented approach.
• Candidates located within 10–15 km of Marol, Andheri, are preferred. Interview Process:
