Role: Sales Manager – Solar EPCWe are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth and manage the complete sales cycle for solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships.
• Drive sales across Residential, Commercial and Industrial solar projects.
• Understand customer requirements and present customized solar solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals,
negotiate and close deals.
• Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups and CRM reporting.
• Coordinate with technical and project execution teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Candidate Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Solar or Renewable Energy.
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Robust leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of solar systems and EPC business.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Graduate in Engineering, Business or a relevant field.
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
