Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. The selected candidate will be deployed directly at the client's office in Kolkata and will work closely with client stakeholders and Volody's internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analysing existing processes, coordinating implementation activities, documenting requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Volody's solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Work directly from the client's office in Kolkata and act as the primary coordination point between the client and Volody's internal teams.
• Interact with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, expectations, and operational challenges.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Understand existing business workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Coordinate with technical, product, development, and implementation teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Support product configuration, implementation, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Conduct client demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Maintain regular communication with the client and provide updates to internal stakeholders.




• Ensure smooth post-implementation support and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS, IT, software implementation, or enterprise technology.
• Strong requirement-gathering, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, and process workflows.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software implementation processes.
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Location & Deployment Requirements

• Work Arrangement: Full-time, working directly from the client's office in Kolkata.
• Deployment: The candidate will be stationed at the client's premises and will coordinate with Volody's internal teams remotely as required.
