About the Role
Gulmohartree is looking for a proactive and execution-oriented professional to work closely with the founder across e-commerce operations, marketplace management, marketing, and business growth. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong ownership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify, including orders, inventory, listings, and dispatch coordination.
• Coordinate with marketplace agencies, logistics partners, warehouses, and vendors.
• Handle GST documentation, marketplace compliance, and related follow-ups.
• Support website updates, digital branding, content planning, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate offline events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.
• Support offline sales expansion, MR coordination, and business development activities.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports,



and identify operational improvements.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of team members and freelancers. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, marketing, or business coordination.
• Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Proactive mindset, accountability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup setting. Ideal Candidate
