Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Tiruppur. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating payroll and attendance information with relevant departments. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and facilitating training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will manage employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment in alignment with the organization’s values. The role also requires collaboration with leadership to support workforce planning and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of HR best practices and organizational HR functions.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as recruitment support, onboarding, documentation,



attendance, and HR administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, compliance with labor laws, and the ability to implement and communicate policies clearly.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software; experience in healthcare or IVF/fertility settings will be considered an added benefit.
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt in a fast-growing startup environment.
