Qualifications:
MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology BDS / MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) BHMS / MD (Homoeopathy)  Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Clinical Cosmetology or Aesthetic Medicine. Roles &

Responsibilities:
 Conduct skin and aesthetic consultations and assess clients' skin concerns and treatment suitability.  Contribute towards treatment bookings, package recommendations, client retention, and sales generation through ethical consultations and conversions.  Recommend personalised treatment plans based on individual skin conditions and aesthetic goals.  Perform and supervise aesthetic treatments within the scope of professional qualifications and authorisation. Handle treatments such as:  Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)  HydraFacial and Advanced Facials  Chemical Peels  Acne and Acne Scar Treatments  Pigmentation and Skin Rejuvenation  Anti-Ageing Treatments  Skin Tightening and Body Contouring  Explain treatment benefits,



procedures, expected results, number of sessions, precautions, and post-treatment care.  Monitor client progress and conduct follow-ups.  Maintain client records, treatment histories, consent forms, and progress reports.  Ensure hygiene, sterilisation, safety protocols, and clinical standards.  Coordinate with the Clinic Manager and other team members.  Build client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction  Contribute towards treatment bookings, package recommendations, client retention, and revenue generation through ethical consultations and conversions. Skills:
 Strong clinical and aesthetic knowledge.  Sales orientation and ability to convert consultations into treatment bookings.  Excellent communication and consultation skills.  Ability to explain treatments and recommend suitable packages.  Good client-handling, client-retaining and interpersonal skills.  Qualified grooming and presentation. Proven experience in sales management, revenue generation and target achievement. Practical knowledge of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments. Experience in LHR, HydraFacial, chemical peels, acne treatments, pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation.
