Experience:
12+ Years Mandatory

Skills:
• Minimum 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Strong hands-on experience in at least two OMS platforms, with Salesforce OMS + KIBO OMS or IBM Sterling OMS + KIBO OMS being mandatory.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end OMS implementations, transformations, or migrations.
• Expertise in Retail, eCommerce, Omnichannel Commerce, Distributed Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, and Marketplace solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and pre-sales activities.
• Robust integration knowledge with ERP, WMS, CRM, Payment Gateways, and third-party systems.
• Experience managing and mentoring large technical teams. Preferred:
• Experience in IBM Sterling OMS and KIBO OMS /Salesforce OMS modernization/migration programs.
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Location:
Bangalore (Onsite) Role: Lead OMS strategy, solution architecture, practice growth, delivery governance, client engagements, and OMS transformation initiatives across enterprise customers.
