Sales Associate Department: Sales / Growth Employment Type: Full-time

₹ 15,000 – ₹ 25,000 per month (depending on experience) Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Associate to convert website visitors into customers and build relationships with nutritionists and doctors. In this role, you will represent our brand, talk to prospects over calls and chat, follow up consistently, and close sales from first conversation to final order. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like 1. Converting Website Leads
• Call and message people who visit our website, enquire about products, or leave their details.
• Understand each customer's goals and recommend the right products.
• Handle questions and objections confidently, and close the sale. 2. Regular Follow-ups
• Follow up daily with warm leads, abandoned carts, and previous enquiries.
• Keep a clear record of every conversation, next step, and outcome in the CRM or tracker.
• Re-engage past customers for repeat purchases. 3. Working with Nutritionists & Doctors
• Reach out to nutritionists, dietitians, and doctors to introduce our products and build partnerships.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly to a professional audience.
• Be their main point of contact: handle queries, share samples, and keep the relationship strong. 4. Reporting & Coordination




• Track daily call numbers, conversions, and follow-up status.
• Work with the customer operations team so orders and deliveries go smoothly.
• Share customer feedback and common objections with the team. What We Are Looking For
•

Experience:
0–2 years in sales, telecalling, inside sales, business development, or customer support. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Communication

Skills:
Sharp spoken and written communication in English and Hindi. Confident on calls and persuasive without being pushy.
• Selling Ability: Comfortable pitching, handling objections, and closing. A target-driven mindset.
• Professionalism: Able to talk casually with customers and formally with doctors and nutritionists.
• Attention to Detail: Careful with orders, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
• Organization & Time Management: Can manage a daily call list, hit targets, and follow up without being reminded.
• Valuable to have: Interest in health, nutrition, or wellness products, and basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM.
