Role Description The Head of Unit at Lifenity Hospitals is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing clinical and operational activities within a designated hospital unit. This role includes managing day-to-day patient care workflows, coordinating with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality services. The Head of Unit will monitor unit performance, manage staffing and scheduling, support adherence to clinical protocols, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also involve resolving operational issues, supporting patient and family communication, overseeing documentation accuracy,



and driving quality improvement initiatives. The role requires active participation in management meetings, collaboration with other units, and mentoring team members to maintain a positive and accountable work culture. Qualifications
• Strong clinical leadership and unit management capabilities, with experience supervising multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Skills in operations oversight, including workflow optimization, staffing coordination, and resource management within a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in quality and safety practices, including adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
