No of vacancy: 01 Nos Location – Mumbai Key Deliverables
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the entire building, including office premises, workspaces, common areas, washrooms, parking areas, and external surroundings.
• Monitor the condition and functioning of civil infrastructure, electrical installations, plumbing, drainage, lighting, lifts, and other building utilities.
• Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of building-related machinery and equipment, including DG sets,



lifts, HVAC systems, pumps, electrical panels, fire-fighting systems, and other utility equipment.
• Review existing AMCs and ensure timely renewal of contracts before expiry.
• Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, gardening, pest control, and other soft services staff.
• Ensure implementation of applicable health, safety and environmental standards within the building and premise. Required Skills And Experience Qualification: Diploma/BE (any discipline).

Experience:
8–12 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, administration, or infrastructure management. Must Have Competencies Technical Skills
