Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, supporting clients primarily in and around Hosur and Bengaluru. The specialist will identify recent business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote powder coating services through direct sales visits, calls, and digital outreach. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, following up on leads, coordinating with the operations team on order status, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. The role also involves conducting product and service presentations, maintaining accurate sales records,



and contributing to marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility. The specialist will collaborate with management to meet sales targets, gather market feedback, and support training or onboarding of new team members when needed. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support clients effectively.
• Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training and product or service demonstrations for customers and internal team members.
• Relevant experience in industrial sales, manufacturing, or surface finishing is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and basic IT/computer skills (CRM, email, spreadsheets) are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally to client locations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
