Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Short-Form Video Editor based in the Pune Division. The Short-Form Video Editor will be responsible for editing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms and digital campaigns, including cutting footage, assembling sequences, and optimizing content for different formats and aspect ratios. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, design, and strategy teams to interpret briefs, refine storylines, and maintain brand consistency across all video outputs. Day-to-day tasks include selecting raw clips, applying transitions, sound design, and colour adjustments,



as well as incorporating motion graphics and basic visual effects where needed. The Video Editor will also manage file organisation, maintain project timelines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling, audience engagement, and performance across platforms. Qualifications & Required

Skills:
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating short-form content for social media and digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic Video Post-Production workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with typography, overlays, and simple animations.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or equivalent).
• Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of trends across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to work in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment, and strong time management for handling multiple projects.
• Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating short-form work is required.
