The selected candidate will work closely with senior consultants and client leadership teams to address complex business challenges, develop growth strategies, and drive business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
• Work on strategic consulting engagements across various industries and business functions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and solve complex business problems.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communicate actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives and business transformation programmes.
• Work closely with client leadership to understand business challenges and recommend effective solutions. Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy,
business transformation, or related functions.
• MBA from a reputed/leading business school preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
