Gomti Nandan Public School (GNPS) is a CBSE school in Bina, Madhya Pradesh. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to lead our pre-primary (Nursery–KG) and primary (Classes 1–5) sections.

Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pre-primary and primary teachers
- Plan the curriculum, lesson plans and the academic calendar for these classes
- Observe classes, give teachers feedback and arrange their training
- Monitor student progress, assessments and report cards
- Strengthen early reading, phonics and English speaking
- Plan school events, activities and parent-teacher meetings
- Communicate regularly with parents and handle their concerns
- Coordinate with the principal and management on daily school operations Qualifications




- Graduate with B.
Ed or NTT/ECCEd
- At least 5 years of teaching experience
- At least 3 years as a pre-primary/primary coordinator Skills we're looking for
- Positive spoken and written English, plus Hindi
- Strong knowledge of early-childhood teaching methods
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Good with parents and children
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
