Job Purpose To promote the school, generate admission enquiries, build robust relationships with parents and the community, and support the school in achieving its admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Admission Enquiries & Follow-ups
• Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online platforms.
• Follow up with prospective parents and guide them through the admission process.
• Maintain an updated database of enquiries, visits, applications and admissions. 2. Marketing & Promotion
• Promote the school's vision, educational approach, activities and facilities.
• Plan and coordinate admission campaigns, promotional activities and local outreach programmes.
• Coordinate the distribution of brochures, leaflets, banners and other marketing materials.
• Support digital marketing activities and coordinate with the marketing agency for social media campaigns and admission. 3. Community Outreach
• Visit nearby preschools, residential societies, activity centers and community organizations to promote admissions.
• Organize school visits, parent interactions, open houses and admission-related events.




• Develop positive relationships with parents and local communities. 4. Admission Conversion
• Encourage interested parents to schedule school visits and counselling sessions.
• Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, activities, fee structure and admission procedures accurately.
• Coordinate with the admission counsellor and school office to ensure smooth enrolment. 5. Reporting & Target Achievement
• Work towards monthly admission enquiry, school visit and admission targets.
• Submit weekly reports on enquiries generated, follow-ups, visits and confirmed admissions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and suggest improvements. Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in any discipline; Marketing qualification preferred.
• Experience in school admissions, educational marketing, sales or customer relations preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp and basic digital marketing tools.
• Presentable, proactive, organized and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
