The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Hands-on Experience In
• Maintenance of extrusion and plastic packaging machinery.
• Electrical maintenance of industrial machinery, motors, drives, panels, and plant utilities, AC/DC Drive, VFD, Servo Drive, Motor Control System.
• PLC troubleshooting, industrial automation, sensors, instrumentation, Doser System (like Prasad and Plast Control) and analog/digital control systems, Proximity Switch, encoders and limit Switches.
• Complete Knowledge of HT /LT, Electrical Wiring.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance, with a focus on minimising machine downtime.
• Equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintenance documentation, spare parts planning, and coordination with production teams.




• Mechanical maintenance of production machinery, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic / hydraulic systems.
• Good knowledge of Gear Box Assembly, Robust Knowledge in Mono Layer & Multi-Layer machines.
• Stronge Knowledge of Mechanical Fitting and Precision alignment and machine erecting and commissioning.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manual
• Work on web handling system, air, Shafts, Belts, Chains, Welding, Grinding, Cutting, Hands on knowledge on Plastic Extrusion Die, Screw, Barrel, Airing, Winder, Die Set up
