• Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
• Human Resources knowledge, including basic employment law awareness, compliance, and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities in a remote environment.
• Comfort with HR and recruiting technology, including applicant tracking systems, video conferencing tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience recruiting in education or tutoring environments is beneficial but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
