Role Description The PHARMA PLANT HEAD – OSD, Injectables, Ointments & Syrups will lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficient and compliant production across all dosage forms. This full time, in office role is based in New Delhi and involves overseeing production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet output and quality targets. The role includes coordinating with quality control teams, maintaining regulatory and safety standards, and implementing cost-effective manufacturing practices. The Plant Head will supervise cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets,



and drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee multi-line pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.

Pharm degree from a recognized institution, with 15+ years of experience in pharma production, preferably in OSD, injectables, ointments, and syrups.
• Proven experience in managing large teams, cross-functional coordination, and implementing SOPs and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle audits and regulatory inspections.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and documentation practices in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
