Role Overview The Growth & Business Analyst will support strategic growth initiatives by delivering business insights, market intelligence, customer analytics, and performance reporting. This role will play a critical part in identifying growth opportunities and informing business decisions across multiple African markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business performance, growth trends, and market opportunities.




• Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership teams.
• Conduct customer and market segmentation analysis.
• Evaluate acquisition, retention, and revenue performance metrics.
• Support strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
• Develop forecasting models and business cases.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Present actionable recommendations to business leaders. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Strategy, Business Intelligence, or Growth Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience in data visualization and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Experience
• Mobility, Fintech, E-commerce, Logistics, Telecom, or Technology sectors.
