Our software reads what your competitors are running on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, forecasts what your ad spend should return before you spend it, and then we run the campaigns. We work with healthcare groups and residential developers across India, and you’ll sit close to the founders. What you’ll do
• Prospect: build lists of the right clinics, hospital groups and developers, and find the decision maker.
• Outreach: cold call and message on LinkedIn, and handle “not interested” and “we already have an agency”.
• Qualify: work out which leads have a real need, budget and reason to act.
• Book meetings:

• Run discovery and support closes: take first calls yourself, then join the closing conversations.
• Keep the pipeline clean: every deal tracked in the CRM with notes and follow-ups. You’re a positive fit if
• You have 0–2 years of outbound sales, SDR/BDR, inside sales or calling experience, or you’re a graduate with real phone-sales aptitude.
• You’re comfortable on the phone and don’t mind hearing “no”.
• You write and speak clearly in English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus).
