We are looking for responsible, proactive, and motivated individuals to join our growing team in Surat. Open Positions1. Society Manager The Society Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of residential societies, ensuring smooth coordination between residents, vendors, service providers, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage society administration, documentation, and records.
• Handle resident complaints, queries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain basic financial records, reports, and payment documentation.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 2. Society Supervisor The Society Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring in office operations, maintaining service standards, and ensuring that society facilities are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular inspections of society premises.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor staff attendance and daily work.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams.
• Identify operational issues and report them to management. Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email, etc.).




• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learning ability and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to manage vendors, staff, and day-to-day activities.
• Organised, disciplined, and professional approach to work.

Experience:
Candidates with experience in society management, facility management, administration, or supervision will be preferred.
