What you'll do
• Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
• Run first-round screening calls and record notes
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed at every stage
• Maintain the candidate tracker and pipeline reports
• Help write job posts and improve how our roles appear online What we need from you
• Pursuing or recently completed any degree, with interest in recruitment
• Confident on the phone and in writing




• Organised, and good at following up
• Willing to learn tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software Nice to have
• Earlier recruitment or HR internship
• Understanding of technical roles and skills
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Bilingual (English plus one Indian language) How we hire Initial screen (45 min, video) → take-home or live exercise scoped to the role (≤ 4 hours) → in office / video panel with the team you'd join → offer within 7 days of the panel.
