Role DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for designing residential interiors, including villas and apartments, from concept development through execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare space plans, floor layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Select suitable materials, colours, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Prepare and review detailed construction drawings for project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and the factory team.
• Attend client meetings, understand their requirements,



and recommend suitable design solutions.
• Visit project sites and coordinate with the execution team.
• Ensure design quality, project timelines, and client expectations are met.
• Support installation, final inspections, and project handover. Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior design and residential space planning.
• Understanding of architectural concepts and interior layouts.
• Experience in preparing construction and execution drawings.
• Knowledge of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and coordination.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, D5 Render, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Positive understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and aesthetics.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in luxury residential or turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage. Job Details
