Key Responsibilities
• Develop synthesizable RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog from architectural specifications.
• Define and review microarchitecture for complex digital designs.
• Design and optimise digital IPs for Power, Performance and Area (PPA).
• Perform RTL quality checks, including Lint, CDC, RDC and low-power compliance.
• Collaborate with verification, synthesis, DFT and physical design teams.
• Debug RTL issues during simulation, FPGA prototyping and silicon bring-up.
• Prepare design documentation and participate in design reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold RTL coding standards. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 – 6 years of ASIC/SoC RTL design experience.




• Strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog and digital design fundamentals.
• Experience with synthesizable RTL, FSMs, pipelines, FIFOs, memories, clock gating and synchronisers.
• Familiarity with AXI, AHB, APB or similar bus protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Lint, CDC, RDC, synthesis and timing analysis.
• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git and Linux development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
