Experience:
3–5 Years Are you a full-stack developer passionate about building real-world AI applications? We’re looking for an AI Full Stack Developer with strong Python backend skills, practical React/TypeScript experience, and hands-on exposure to delivering LLM/GenAI features in production. If you enjoy building scalable applications, intelligent AI workflows, and user-friendly interfaces, we’d love to hear from you ? What You’ll Do
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Develop frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Own end-to-end feature development across backend, frontend, and AI integrations.
• Build LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, data pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM APIs, managing streaming, retries, latency, and cost.
• Develop multi-turn chat interfaces, dashboards, and real-time features using REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, automated testing, and production observability.
• Work with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment workflows.
• Use modern AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development. ? Must-Have Skills
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.




• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping LLM/GenAI features in production.
• Strong Python skills with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Working proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Frontend development experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, chunking, and retrieval optimization.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration, tool use, agentic workflows, and MCP.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and risks such as hallucinations and prompt injection.
• Git, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. ? Good to Have
• Multi-turn chat interfaces, streaming responses, citations, and data-rich dashboards.
• Claude Code or other agentic AI coding tools.
• LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar LLM observability tools.
• Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and Figma.
• Agile/Scrum and Jira experience.
• Financial services or regulated-industry experience. ?

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
