Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tonk. The Assistant Manager will oversee branch operations, support loan processing workflows, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, coordinating documentation and verification for various loan products, and assisting in portfolio quality monitoring and collections support.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve branch targets, preparing regular reports for management, and contributing to process improvements. The Assistant Manager will also support training and guidance for team members to maintain service standards and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of retail lending operations, preferably in Gold Loans, MSME Loans, Housing Loans, or related NBFC/Banking products.
• Skills in branch administration, documentation management, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, handle queries, and provide clear, professional communication in person and over phone/email.
• Proficiency in basic financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting in tools such as MS Excel and other branch management systems.
• Experience in credit risk assessment, loan appraisal support, and collections coordination is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Prior experience in an NBFC, bank, or financial services organization, especially in branch or field roles, is preferred.
