About the role
We're looking for an Operations Specialist with 2–3 years of experience who wants to own the work, not just process it. You'll run the operations and documentation that keep ScaleSafe and our clients running smoothly, bringing what you already know about regulated financial businesses and sharpening it as we grow. Some of the work is repetitive, and that's exactly what makes it matter. Key responsibilities
• Prepare, review and process documents, forms and records accurately and on time, with minimal supervision
• Own client document collection end to end, following up politely and firmly until everything is in
• Track regulatory and client deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks, and flag risks early
• Keep files and trackers organised, up to date and audit-ready
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams over email and phone




• Spot gaps in our processes and suggest simpler, more reliable ways of working
• Support day-to-day operations and help guide newer team members as the team grows What we're looking for
• A graduate in any discipline with 2–3 years of experience in operations, back-office or documentation roles, ideally in capital markets, broking or financial services
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• A sharp eye for detail and patience with routine work
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (filters, lookups, basic formulas)
• Familiarity with how regulated financial businesses work, and an appetite to keep learning about compliance
• Reliability and discretion with confidential information
• Fungibility to take on any challenge and wear different hats, as a startup journey demands Good to have
• A commerce or finance background, or certifications such as NISM
• Experience at a SEBI-registered entity such as a broker, AMC, PMS, AIF or investment adviser
