Role Description The IT Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The IT Executive will handle day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems and networks, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware and software across the facility. 1. Desktop & Laptop Support
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops.




• Install Windows OS, MS Office, and other software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Resolve printer, scanner, keyboard, mouse, and monitor issues.
• Provide technical support to employees. 2. CCTV Support
• Install and configure CCTV cameras.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and recording systems.
• Configure DVR/NVR systems.
• Troubleshoot camera connectivity and recording issues.
• Configure remote CCTV viewing on mobile phones and computers. 3. Network Support
• Configure LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connections.
• Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues.
• Configure IP addresses and basic network settings. 4. IT Hardware & Maintenance
• Maintain IT equipment and accessories.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs. 5. Technical Support
• Provide day-to-day IT support.
• Troubleshoot email and application issues.
• Support users with login and password problems.
• Maintain IT documentation and service records.
