Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainer role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Trainer will design, deliver, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions for diverse participant groups. Daily activities include preparing training materials, customizing content to client needs, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and using assessments or feedback tools to measure learning outcomes. The role also involves maintaining training records, collaborating with internal teams and clients to schedule and plan sessions, and continuously updating training content based on new methodologies, industry trends, and participant feedback. Trainers are expected to create an engaging,



respectful learning environment and support participants in applying new skills on the job. Qualifications
• Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Competence in using basic digital tools (e.g., presentation software, learning materials in MS Office or Google Workspace) to support training delivery.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training schedules, materials, and stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs, gather feedback, and refine training content for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, HR, psychology, or business is an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate training, coaching, or teaching is preferred but motivated early-career trainers are also encouraged to apply.
