Role Description The Medical Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, in line with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities, conducting product presentations, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and providing product information and support. The representative will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and report sales activities and feedback to the management team. Additional tasks include achieving sales targets, ensuring ethical promotion practices, coordinating with internal teams for supply and delivery, and participating in training and marketing initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and target achievement.




• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present complex medical information clearly and build professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to healthcare partners.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and clinical use.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, CRM, and communication; willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
