Role Description The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles within Corporate Company. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruiter will maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, support onboarding activities, and collaborate with leaders to understand workforce needs. The role also involves building talent pipelines, promoting the employer brand, and ensuring a fair, inclusive hiring process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sivakasi. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment,



talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Ability to source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and local talent channels.
• Strong interview, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills, with a focus on fair and unbiased decision-making.
• Proficiency in maintaining candidate records, using applicant tracking systems, and managing recruitment reports.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring processes and deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic employment practices and an understanding of non-discriminatory recruitment standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Sivakasi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in campus hiring, bulk recruitment, or local market hiring in Sivakasi or nearby regions is a plus.
