Role Description The Hiring BFSI/NBFC Trainer role is a contract, in office position based in Jaipur. The trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on Banking, Financial Services, and Non-Banking Financial Companies, covering functional knowledge, regulatory norms, and industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training content and modules, conducting classroom and workshop-style sessions, assessing participant performance, and providing feedback to improve learning outcomes.



The role involves collaborating with corporate clients and internal teams to align training with hiring needs, preparing candidates for BFSI/NBFC roles, and updating content in line with changing market trends and compliance requirements. The trainer will also support reporting and documentation of training outcomes and may participate in client interactions related to training design and delivery. Qualifications
• Strong domain knowledge of BFSI and NBFC operations, products, processes, and regulatory environment.
• Experience in corporate training, classroom facilitation, and designing structured learning programs for entry-level and experienced professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Ability to develop training content, case studies, and assessments using practical, industry-relevant scenarios.
• Comfort with using digital tools for training support (presentations, LMS platforms, online assessments) and basic MS Office proficiency.
• Prior experience in BFSI/NBFC roles (operations, sales, risk, compliance, or customer service) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in BFSI/NBFC or training are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing training schedules, and the ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
