Role Description: Flower Studio is looking for a responsible and computer-savvy individual to manage daily billing, inventory updates and order operations at our physical store in Sector 29, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on computers, handling billing systems, maintaining product records and managing customer orders through our in-house online store admin panel. Key Description:
• Generate customer bills and invoices using the computer-based billing system.
• Manage daily sales entries and maintain billing records.
• Add new products and update existing product details in the Flower Studio admin panel.
• Update product inventory, stock availability,



quantities and pricing.
• Manage incoming online orders and update their statuses (Confirmed, Processing, Ready for Dispatch, Delivered, etc.).
• Coordinate with store staff regarding product availability and order preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases and inventory.
• Monitor low-stock products and report replenishment requirements.
• Handle basic computer-based store operations and administrative tasks. Required

Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing and data entry.
• Ability to operate web-based admin panels and dashboards.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail billing, inventory management or store operations.
• Familiarity with POS/billing software.
