Role Description The Finance Executive will support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations. This full-time, on-site role in Pune City includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting internal financial controls. The role involves handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and documentation.



The Finance Executive will collaborate with internal teams to monitor costs, track revenues, and provide analytical insights to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with audits, maintaining financial records, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and transparency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Finance knowledge and the ability to interpret and apply financial principles in a business context.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, compliance, and documentation.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors, especially in dairy or agribusiness, is an advantage.
