The organization provides end-to-end support, including career counseling, application guidance, visa assistance, and pre-departure preparation to ensure a smooth transition abroad. Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Envision’s overseas education services across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research to understand student preferences and trends, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with counselors to develop targeted messaging and promotional materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating marketing content,



managing social media and outreach activities, coordinating events or seminars, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining strong communication with prospective students and partners. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, segment audiences, and design effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and promotion of services.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Prior experience in education consulting, training, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
