Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this role, the specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email, and web. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track and report on key metrics. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align digital strategies with business goals,



support lead generation and brand awareness, and recommend data-driven improvements. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital marketing. Qualifications
• Min 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing
• Candidates should have prior experience with SEO, Social Media management and have executed multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics and Online Marketing to monitor performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams and creating clear, engaging messaging.
• Relevant experience with SEO/SEM tools, social media management platforms.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work in office in the Greater Kolkata Area, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
