About the Role
We are looking for a PR Strategist with 1–2 years of experience to lead and execute PR initiatives across our talent roster, IPs and brand projects. The role requires someone who can think strategically, identify compelling stories, build strong media relationships and drive effective communication across relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute PR strategies for talents, IPs, events and brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors,



media houses and relevant publications.
• Identify media opportunities, news angles and storytelling opportunities to strengthen visibility.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, interview briefs and other communication material.
• Drive media outreach and secure relevant editorial coverage across print, digital and broadcast platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, features, press interactions and media engagements for talents and projects.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns around launches, announcements, events and key milestones.
• Monitor media coverage, maintain coverage reports and evaluate PR outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and positioning. What We're Looking For:
• 1–2 years of experience in PR, public relations or media communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of the Indian media landscape and existing media relationships.
• Ability to identify interesting story angles and translate them into effective PR opportunities.
• Strong research, networking and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, media or talent management will be an added advantage.
