• Belagavi (Belgaum), Karnataka ? Position: Service Engineer – Ultrasound ? Product: GE Healthcare Ultrasound Systems

Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance (PMS) and corrective maintenance of GE Ultrasound systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer locations.
• Ensure timely service call closure and maintain accurate service records in CRM.
• Handle service commercials, including service estimates, spare parts identification, quotations, customer coordination and approval follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal technical support teams for escalations and complex technical issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.




• Travel across assigned territories and other locations as required by business needs. Eligibility & Experience1. Freshers
• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Mechatronics.
• Fresh diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn. 2. Experienced Candidates
• Prior hands-on experience in servicing Ultrasound systems is mandatory.
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of service commercials, including quotations, spare parts estimation and service coordination, will be an added advantage. Additional Requirements
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across locations whenever required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the regional service team. ?
