Company Description Alexa Healthcare India Pvt Ltd operates Alexa Physiotherapy Clinic, a patient-focused facility in Kolkata, dedicated to helping individuals move from pain back to work, play, and daily life. The clinic is fully equipped with modern therapeutic modalities and offers both in-clinic and at-home physiotherapy services. A highly experienced, locally owned team provides hands-on, non-surgical, drug-free treatment tailored to each person’s condition. Clients include individuals recovering from accidents, sports injuries, and conditions such as arthritis, head injuries, lower-back pain, and fractures. With quick responses, strong trust from doctors, thousands of success stories, and a warm, accessible environment, the clinic emphasizes personalized care with continuity of the same therapist for each visit. Role & Resposibilities: 1. Assess physical condition of patients to identify problems and plan appropriate treatment 2. Assist in the reduction of pain and swelling, improve the range of movement, assist in muscle re-education and strengthening through the use of equipment/techniques such as hot/cold packs, electrotherapy, manual therapy, taping and splinting to use on priority based 3. Retrain patients to walk or use devices such as walking frames, crutches, sticks, wheelchairs, splints to assist/improve mobility 4. Assess development of premature babies and plan and provide therapy for children with movement problems/physical disabilities to assess and make a goal to improve. 5. Assist individuals with permanent disabilities to maximize their ability to function as optimally as possible and to manage the physical demands of daily living 6. Work as part of a team of health professionals, to provide a multidisciplinary care plan,



to the society to improve a person’s health 7. Educate patients, their families, industry and the community to lead healthy lifestyles and to prevent injury and disabilities. 8. Plan and implement community fitness/exercise programs, including hydrotherapy programs for individual people both with and without a disability 9. Maintain relevant documentation associated with patient care example patient records, reports, 10. To get inside Hydrotherapy pool and treat the patient whenever needed. 11. Clinic will allot 2 patients for home Care; company will pay/arrange for transportation. Working in the area to promote the awareness of physiotherapy among people through different channels digital and offline. Pay: ₹14,000.00
- ₹22,000.00 per month Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• Experience in hydrotherapy is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and physiotherapy modalities.
