IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana ? Company: Koshika Wellness Pvt. Ltd. ? Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Executive to join our manufacturing team at Koshika Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Preparation and maintenance of COA (Certificate of Analysis), BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Packaging Records) and other quality documentation. ✅ Conducting In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing and packaging operations. ✅ Quality inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials and finished products. ✅ Ensuring compliance with GMP, FSSAI, ISO 22000 and applicable cosmetics manufacturing regulations. ✅ Maintaining SOPs, specifications, quality records and batch documentation. ✅ Handling deviations, CAPA, change controls and quality-related investigations. ✅ Coordinating with production and R&D; teams to ensure consistent product quality.



✅ Supporting internal audits, external audits and regulatory inspections. ✅ Monitoring manufacturing hygiene, sanitation, temperature and humidity controls. Candidate

Pharm / M.
Pharm / B.
Sc. / M.
Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology or relevant field). ?

Experience:
3-5 years in QA/QC, preferably in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics manufacturing. ? Robust knowledge of GMP documentation, IPQA, COA, BMR, BPR and quality management systems. Why Join Us?
